Job Title: Microsoft CSP Support Specialist
Position Summary
The Microsoft CSP Support Specialist plays a vital role in CompassMSP’s sales operations, overseeing Microsoft licensing activities, generating accurate quotes, and serving as a trusted resource for product and licensing expertise. This position requires a solid understanding of Microsoft’s licensing models, programs, product portfolio, and Copilot capabilities, along with a strong commitment to delivering value in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities
Licensing & Renewal Management
- Manage all Microsoft CSP renewals, additions, and changes.
- Procure new Microsoft licenses, including perpetual software and server licenses.
- Ensure compliance with Microsoft licensing policies and CompassMSP standards.
Quoting & Sales Support
- Prepare accurate quotes for all Microsoft products, including perpetual and server licensing.
- Provide timely, detailed quotes to support sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners to secure optimal pricing and configurations aligned with current programs.
Product Expertise & Guidance
- Act as a subject matter resource for Microsoft licensing and product offerings.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and its integration across products.
- Stay informed on Microsoft product updates and licensing changes.
Team Collaboration & Communication
- Provide licensing guidance and product recommendations to internal teams.
- Coordinate between sales, operations, and technical services to ensure smooth execution.
- Participate in company meetings and required training sessions.
Preferred Requirements and Qualifications
· 2+ years' experience as a sales associate or similar role
· IT experience preferred, but not required; training provided
· Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
