About the Team & Business Line:
Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.
Your Role:
- Principal role is to liaise with Finance department and FSR/RR management to manage and reconcile client engagement letters, prepare client invoicing, and revenue reporting on a rolling basis.
- Provide direction and support to the Scheduling Manager, including data entry and management of the scheduling and engagement management database and preparation and distribution of Qlik and methods of report distribution.
- Assist with preparation of management reporting using revenue and scheduling data as needed on a regular and ad-hoc basis.
- Assist in the development of reporting to assist managers and senior management in evaluating revenue statistics and status.
- Provide administrative and operational support between Financial/Regulatory (FSR/RR) Reporting department and other Citco offices and departments
- Under minimal supervision, prepare reports, research information and compose correspondence independently and as directed by FSR/RR Senior Management.
- Ability to support multiple offices in multiple time zones, including scheduling meetings across multiple locations and time zones.
- Ad hoc projects and requests as needed.
- Exercise discretion in working with highly confidential and sensitive matters.
- Demonstrates attention to detail and decision making skills. Requires exercise of initiative and independent judgement.
About You:
- You have 2+ years of experience preferably in the Finance industry or other relevant accounting role
- You have excellent written, verbal and inter-personal communication skills.
- Team player with the ability to gain the confidence and cooperation of peers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, use of inter- and intranet, teleconferencing, Web Ex technology, etc.
