Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain gardens, lawns, flower beds, shrubs, and trees within hotel premises.
- Water plants, mow lawns, and prune overgrown trees and bushes regularly.
- Plant seasonal flowers and landscape designs as directed.
- Remove weeds, pests, and debris to keep grounds clean and healthy.
- Operate and maintain gardening equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Monitor plant health and report any signs of disease or damage.
- Ensure walkways, outdoor seating areas, and decorative spaces are clean and tidy.
- Assist in landscaping projects and seasonal outdoor decorations.
- Work closely with the maintenance team for irrigation and lighting issues.
- Adhere to hotel safety protocols and environmental guidelines.
