The General Manager oversees the overall operations and services of the business, ensuring smooth coordination of interment activities, client relations, site maintenance, and proper record-keeping. This role involves handling client contracts, leading the operations/maintenance team, and ensuring the business operates with dignity, efficiency, and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and contract processing for lot sales and memorial services
- Maintain professional and compassionate communication with clients and their families
- Oversee scheduling, site preparation, and execution of services in a respectful and timely manner
- Coordinate and supervise all interment and memorial service activities
- Update and monitor the memorial park map and available lots
- Ensure accurate tracking of sold, reserved, and available plots
- Prepare regular reports on lot sales, services and operational concerns
- Coordinate with sales and admin teams for accurate lot documentation and reporting
- Ensure proper documentation, filing, and updating of client contracts and service records
- Lead and manage ground personnel, maintenance crew, and admin support
- Oversee operational budgets, service billing, and coordination with the accounting team
- Ensure all transactions and records are properly documented and reconciled
- Ensure the park complies with relevant LGU and industry standards for memorial services
- Manage permits, internal policies, and customer safety measures
- Conduct regular site checks to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and order
- Do other tasks as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
