Job Opportunity: General Office Staff (Inventory & Document Control)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable General Office Staff who will be primarily responsible for inventory management and general document control. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as an Inventory Analyst or Document Controller and is capable of operating both 2-wheeled and 4-wheeled vehicles when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
- Monitor stock levels, prepare inventory reports, and coordinate replenishment.
- Organize, file, and manage physical and digital documents.
- Ensure all documents are properly archived and easily retrievable.
- Assist in general office operations and administrative tasks.
- Support field operations by driving company vehicles when required.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience as an Inventory Analyst or Document Controller.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and inventory software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license for both motorcycles and cars.
- Willing to perform fieldwork when needed.
