· Lead and supervise geological mapping, drilling, sampling, and geochemical/geophysical exploration programs.
· Interpret geological, geochemical, and geophysical data to define mineralization and resource potential.
· Prepare and validate mineral resource and reserve estimates using accepted international and PMRC standards.
· Serve as the Accredited Competent Person (ACP) signing authority for statutory submissions, exploration results, and technical reports to the MGB and stakeholders.
· Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior geologists, field staff, and exploration teams.
· Oversee data management, QA/QC protocols, and ensure accuracy of exploration databases.
· Collaborate with mine planning, engineering, and environmental departments for project development and operations.
· Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and community standards during exploration activities.
· Represent the company in technical presentations, stakeholder engagements, and regulatory consultations.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Licensed Geologist (PRC).
· Recognized and accredited as a Competent Person (ACP) under the PMRC and MGB.
· At least 2–6 years of progressive experience in exploration, resource estimation, and/or mine geology.
· Proven track record in preparing and signing-off technical reports, feasibility studies, or resource/reserve statements.
· Proficiency in geological modeling and resource estimation software.
· Strong understanding of mineral systems, deposit models, and exploration best practices.
· Excellent leadership, analytical, and report-writing skills.
