The Global Compliance Training Intern will assist the Global Compliance Training team by coordinating monthly follow-ups with stakeholders in Singapore and MBPS to ensure timely training completion, preparing progress reports, and contributing to Asia Steering Committee meetings through data analysis and presentation development. It also involves first-level support for the Compass compliance training platform, including training assignments, data validation across Workday and Compass, and basic LMS troubleshooting.
Position Responsibilities:
Compliance Training Operations
• Assist in the monthly follow-ups (“chasing”) with SGP and MBPS stakeholders to ensure timely completion of compliance training.
• Prepare and deliver monthly training status reports to communicate progress and completion rates to stakeholders.
• Assist in the monthly Asia Steering Committee by preparing presentation decks and capturing relevant data from the ATSC Dashboard.Platform & System Support
• Provide first-level support for the Compass compliance training platform, including assigning/removing trainings and responding to employee inquiries.
• Validate training and employee data across Workday and Compass systems to ensure accuracy.
• Perform basic troubleshooting for the Learning Management System (LMS) as needed.Mailbox & Administrative Support
• Assist in managing the Compliance Learning Services mailbox and other Global Compliance Training (GCT) mailboxes on a daily basis.
• Help reduce the volume of mailbox inquiries by addressing common questions and enabling admins to focus on complex, high-priority cases.
• Support mailbox triaging and ensure timely responses to internal stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
Current enrollment in a College/University degree program in Education, Human Resources, Business, Communication, or related fields
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Basic understanding of project and program management principles
Interest in learning platforms and stakeholder engagement
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across various organizational levels
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous internship experience in learning and development or a related field is a plus but not required
Nice-to-have: Proficiency in reporting tools like PowerBI and dashboarding
