1. Achieve sustainable growth for the dealership’s vehicle sales by managing your team to hit retail sale targets given by your immediate manager
2. Lead the team of sales executives and drive their continuous improvement through constant guidance and mentor-ship.
3. Execute sales and marketing plans deployed to your team that will help augment the retail sales of the dealership
4. Monitor all relevant sales key metrics and sales executive performance via completing reports that will be required by your immediate manager.
