Inbound Marketing Specialist
We are looking for an Inbound Marketing Specialist to strengthen our demand generation team for the sales (new business) department.
This person will be responsible for leading strategic inbound projects focused on lead generation, working across Content, Campaigns, PAID Media, and organic channels.
We’re looking for someone with an analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and solid project management abilities — someone capable of leading initiatives end-to-end with a performance-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage inbound marketing projects focused on generating qualified leads;

Plan and monitor paid traffic campaigns in partnership with the performance media team;

Collaborate with the creative team (video makers and designers) to structure campaigns, and work closely with the sales team to ensure proper lead handling and conversion workflows;

Monitor marketing and sales funnel KPIs, and propose process optimizations based on data;

Ensure alignment across all involved teams (Creative, Growth Marketing, and Sales) and act as a bridge between strategy and execution;

Manage stakeholders and deliver executive-level presentations to leadership (directors).
Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of relevant market experience;

Ability to lead projects autonomously and collaboratively;

Strong analytical profile;

Experience with paid traffic strategies (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.);

Knowledge of marketing automation tools (Salesforce);
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments and stakeholders;

Residing in Colombia (Bogotá D.C) or Mexico (CDMX);

Fluent in Spanish or English;
-
Previous experience working in multidisciplinary squads.
Nice to Have:

Previous experience in digital marketing within the creator economy;

Experience working in an AGILE environment.
