KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Development of HCP marketing strategy for ASEA
Lead the development of the ASEA HCP marketing strategy for the key brands based on a clear vision and right to win, in partnership with marketing and medical teams. This includes:
Reach – understand and define key target audience; develop multi-channel engagement strategy
Content – develop communications framework and key messages
Conversion – drive activation to convert behavior / purchase
Define the role of HCPs for each key brands’ Repeatable Model of Growth which includes the Source of Growth, Brand Pulse, Architecture and key drivers to win
Lead development of the communications framework for HCPs and develop key messages and claims to maximise the competitiveness of current and future products by working in close cooperation with medical and with CMI to generate, gather and analyse market intelligence (new studies, new claims, new campaign, innovation)
Lead the execution of the HCP marketing plans for Brand Building and Drive Brand Growth
Ensure that consumer insight/needs, and HCP insights/needs are at the heart of the strategy.
Ensure winning execution to drive brand Memorability and Availability, with HCPs as the key influencers.
Lead and Deliver HCP, Multi-Channel Engagement plans for key brands.
Develop and implement all HCP communication tools to support the brands and the local teams.
Creating compelling and informative content tailored to healthcare professionals. This may include educational materials, whitepapers, case studies, and presentations that highlight the benefits and features of the company's products.
Coordinate with various teams on the implementation.
Collaborating closely with the local HCP sales teams to align marketing efforts and support their activities. This includes providing them with the necessary marketing materials, training, and support to effectively promote products to healthcare professionals.
Assess process and criteria used to evaluate performance of the HCP plans, measure the success of the campaign in key countries and take action to ensure its effectiveness
Innovation
Develop launch strategy to HCPs for key innovation projects
Drive innovation performance through successful planning and execution of new product launches, claims, other types of innovation to HCPs
Understand HCP needs & insights
Regularly conduct in depth analysis of market trends, brand performance, competition review and make recommendations to optimize HCP marketing and business development strategies, in coordination with Science, CMI and local markets
Relationship Building
Establish and nurture relationships with key healthcare professionals, industry influencers, and professional organizations.
This includes attending industry conferences and events, participating in relevant forums, and engaging in networking activities to build trust and credibility.

Experienced in developing and executing HCP marketing strategies, with a proven track record of driving brand growth and market share.
Skilled in defining target audiences and creating multi-channel engagement strategies that effectively reach and convert healthcare professionals.
Proficient in developing compelling communication frameworks, key messages, and claims that enhance the competitiveness of products through collaboration with medical and marketing teams.
Adept at integrating consumer and HCP insights into marketing strategies to ensure the relevance and impact of campaigns, leading to increased brand memorability and availability.
