Our Consumer Lending team is looking for an experienced professional to join us in BGC for the role of Division Head Auto Loans Sales.
In this leadership role, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and performance of the Auto Loans Sales Division, ensuring that your teams objectives align with the overall goals of the Bank. You will oversee dealer-generated auto loan sales channels in South Metro Manila, working to achieve top-line growth, profitability, and market share expansionall while maintaining compliance and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What the role will entail
- Drive the strategic direction of the Auto Loans Sales Division aligned with the Banks goals
- Lead dealer-generated auto loan sales across NCR and Luzon
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share targets
- Build and strengthen relationships with auto dealers, brokers, and manufacturers
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Oversee team performance, support talent development, and recommend process improvements
What were looking for
- Graduate of any four-year course from a reputable college or university
- At least 7 years of leadership experience in sales, marketing, or operations of consumer loan products (preferably auto loans)
- Strong expertise in sales and marketing, business development, and strategic planning
- Advanced capability in project/program management, product management, and budget management
- Proficient in data analysis, cost-benefit analysis, planning, and forecasting
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
