Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation and presentation of OSSAM
- Train and supervise kitchen staff in culinary techniques and food safety standards.
- Monitor kitchen operations to ensure efficiency, cleanliness, and compliance with hygiene regulations.
- Manage kitchen inventory, control food costs, and liaise with suppliers.
- Ensure consistent portion control and presentation across all dishes.
- Collaborate with front-of-house and management teams on menu specials and customer feedback.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
- Stay updated with culinary trends, especially in Korean food and beverage offerings.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Head Chef or Sous Chef, with a strong background in Korean cuisine.
- In-depth knowledge of cooking techniques, and cultural food customs.
- Culinary degree or certification preferred but not required with extensive experience.
- Excellent leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
