Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor the operations for correct accounting procedures, approving loan packages, and developing relationships with banking customers;
- Provides leadership and training as well as supervision of bank personnel;
- Ensure that the bottom line targets of the bank are met;
- In-charge of marketing bank products and services and foreclosed properties;
- Promotes excellent customer relations by attending customer inquiries and referring them to appropriate personnel for new accounts
- Manage the operation, security and balancing of the bank
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a four year course
- With banking experience in sales, marketing and loans
