Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production machinery and equipment.
- Perform welding, cutting, and work as needed.
- Help implement preventive maintenance to avoid downtime.
- Support in the installation and testing of machinery and production equipment.
- Assist in general building maintenance, including minor electrical, plumbing, and structural repairs.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe and orderly condition.
- Follow company safety standards and maintenance procedures.
- Provide support during urgent breakdowns and repairs.
Qualifications:
- High-School Graduate
- At least 1–2 years of work experience as a helper mechanic, maintenance assistant, or production technician in an industrial/manufacturing setup.
- Basic knowledge of machine repair, welding, and building maintenance.
- Can operate hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
