Job Description
Overview
Keysight is on the forefront of technology innovation, delivering breakthroughs and trusted insights in electronic design, simulation, prototyping, test, manufacturing, and optimization. Our ~15,000 employees create world-class solutions in communications, 5G, automotive, energy, quantum, aerospace, defense, and semiconductor markets for customers in over 100 countries. Learn more about what we do.
Our award-winning culture embraces a bold vision of where technology can take us and a passion for tackling challenging problems with industry-first solutions. We believe that when people feel a sense of belonging, they can be more creative, innovative, and thrive at all points in their careers.
Responsibilities
As an intern, you will apply your knowledge and skill acquired from coursework and research to help develop the next generation of architecture and heterogeneous integration of Keysight compound semiconductor IC’s. Reasearch and development efforts will focus on processes such as pick and place, thermo compression bonding (TCB), wafer separation and surface mount assembly, while applying lean manufacturing techniques to existing processes such as statistical process control and root cause corrective action. At the same time, you will gain and apply knowledge about Keysight's industry, infrastructure and products in your assignment. This is developing real world experience in a company that is a leader in the markets it serves.
This internship is flexible in length between 3-6+ months.
Qualifications
