Netlink Voice is a growing, multi-brand organization supporting businesses across various industries in the U.S. and the Philippines. We're looking for a high-performing HR Recruiter with experience in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) to help us find the best talent across all teams and brands under our umbrella.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across U.S. and Philippine-based teams.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using Boolean search, job boards, social media, and networking strategies.
- Post job advertisements on various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Bullhorn).
- Use and maintain the Bullhorn ATS efficiently for candidate tracking and reporting.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates’ communication skills, technical capabilities, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines.
- Work closely with U.S.-based teams and follow best practices in international hiring and RPO models.
- Utilize ChatGPT and other AI tools to support recruiting tasks, such as crafting job descriptions or interview questions.
Qualifications
- At least 2–3 years of recruitment experience, ideally in an RPO or technical recruiting setting.
- Proven ability to hire across time zones, including U.S. and Philippine markets.
- Strong English communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with technical roles (e.g., VoIP support, developers, IT admins, etc.) and understanding of basic technical concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Boolean search techniques.
- Proficiency in Bullhorn ATS is a must.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like ChatGPT, Excel, and online sourcing platforms.
Preferred Skills
- Experience recruiting in the BPO, IT, or telecommunications industry.
- Knowledge of U.S. labor practices and Philippine labor standards is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple open roles at once.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
