JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for providing his/her utmost knowledge and skills in molding children academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education, major in TLE
- Licensed Professional Teacher (LET Passer)
- Teaching experience preferred (but fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiar with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Zoom, and Learning Management Systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and classroom management skills
- Detail-oriented, with good decision-making and time management abilities
- Capable of handling stress and solving problems proactively
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement effective lesson plans, curriculum maps, and instructional materials aligned with curriculum standards
- Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate instruction to meet students’ diverse needs
- Monitor and assess student performance, providing constructive and timely feedback
- Foster a positive and respectful classroom culture that supports learning and discipline
- Promote the school’s values through daily teaching and interaction with students
- Maintain accurate student records (e.g., SF1, SF2, SF5, Form 137/138, portfolios) and submit timely reports to the Registrar
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school-wide activities and professional development
- Perform other duties as assigned to support school operations and student success

Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
