A DAY IN THE LIFE …
- Maintain employee life cycle events: hire, rehire, transfer/promotion, end of employment , Country Reassignment, and personal details update in SF & SAP
- Execute self-assessment in accordance with business controls requirements
- Performs system testing for improvements and updates to cater changes in legal and business requirements.
- Ensures generic mailbox management
- Ensures process documentation
- Initiate process improvements to increase efficiency
- Prepares manual payment, related to HR Admin in an accurate and timely manner
ARE YOU A FIT?
- Bachelor's Degree graduate; preferably in Psychology or Human Resources Management
- With strong customer orientation & exceptional commitment to deliver quality service
- With good interpersonal skills and can work with minimum supervision
- Can work in a fast-paced and highly demanding environment
- Strong team player and able to adapt to different levels in the organization
- Proactive, keen to details and results focused
- Preferably with technical knowledge in SAP HR
- With good written & verbal communication skills in English
- Able to work on Night Shift
