Virtual Assistant to support its growing eCommerce operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Amazon product listings, photo editing for online retail, and a working knowledge of AI tools to streamline tasks. Familiarity with platforms like NetSuite and Amazon Seller Central is essential.
This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented, visually creative, and comfortable navigating product and inventory systems in the retail/footwear space.
Key Responsibilities:
Amazon Listing Support
- Edit and optimize product photos (basic retouching, resizing, background cleanup)
- Ensure all Amazon images meet platform standards (including alternate views, sizing, and compliance)
- Upload and manage listings through Amazon Seller Central
Product & Inventory Coordination
- Update SKUs, descriptions, and product data across channels
- Assist with syncing inventory and product details between NetSuite and Amazon
AI Tool Support & Efficiency Tasks
- Use basic AI tools to draft product descriptions or streamline repetitive tasks
- Recommend automations that improve workflow speed and accuracy
Administrative & Reporting Support
- Track listing changes, image updates, and ASIN performance
- Support ad hoc projects related to marketplace maintenance or creative content
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in eCommerce support (Amazon preferred)
- Proficiency in photo editing tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva, or similar)
- Experience using Amazon Seller Central and understanding of product listing standards
- Familiarity with NetSuite or other ERP/product management systems
- Comfortable using AI-powered tools to assist with repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication
- Ability to work part-time U.S. hours (preferably Central or Eastern Time)
Bonus Skills:
- Prior experience in the footwear, fashion, or accessories industry
- Knowledge of other marketplaces (e.g., Walmart, eBay, or Shopify)
- Experience creating A+ Content or Enhanced Brand Content on Amazon

Pay: Php167.36 - Php223.41 per hour
