For the BS HM and TM program, we are looking for a faculty member who possesses the following
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Master's degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management or a related field, but preferable with Doctorate degree.
- Demonstrated expertise in areas such as management, culinary, hospitality, tourism and administration.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate students in the learning process.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to apply theoretical concepts to real-world business scenarios, particularly culinary skills for BSHM and tour guiding know-how for BSTM.
Responsibilities:
- Will teach a specific field of specialization/ expertise;
- Observes the curricular program and implements approved syllabus for the assigned subject matter
- Plans learning activities, visual aids, considering the needs of the students in relation to the skill/s he/she needs to acquire.
- Implements school guidance on classroom management
- Develops instructional materials
- Moderators or coaches of student-related activities and school organization
- Prepares and delivers lessons to a range of classes
- Performs other duties as assigned by the immediate superior

- 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
