Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Management or any related course.
- Excellent in communication skills and a problem solver.
- 2-3 years professional experience in Hotel Industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervising Hotel Daily Operations.
- Conduct walkthroughs to check cleanliness, maintenance, and operational readiness.
- Administer Guest/Customer Service & Issue Resolution.
- Perform service recovery by resolving issues with professionalism and follow-up.
- Ensure Safety, Security & Emergency Response
- Maintain company policies, brand/service standards, regulatory and safety compliance.
- Promote hotel/venue services, events, or upsell to enhance revenue.
- Assist in developing policies, setting performance targets, and process improvement suggestions.
- Monitor occupancy, manage room inventory or sales, and support upselling initiatives.
- Provide coaching, resolve employee issues, and ensure adherence to policies.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
