We are looking for a Hotel Supervisor who can handle a team of 5-10 people and supervise front office, housekeeping, maintenance and admin duties.
- Responsible for training and development of subordinate staff
- Implements training programs that ensure high quality service
- Ensures that all service equipment are operational and handled safely, reporting mechanical issues to appropriate team members
- Ensures front of the house operations are run in a smooth, efficient manner
- Oversees the scheduling, duties, and training of staff
- Ensures the cleanliness of hotel rooms and facilities
- Assists with and oversees guest check-in and check-out of the hotel
- Ensures that all front desk employees engage politely and attentively with incoming and departing guests
- Assists with cashier functions
- Assists and responds to guest requests and complaints
- Communicates and reports issues to the management
