Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in hospitality management is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in housekeeping or janitorial services, preferably within a green building or hospitality environment.
- Proven supervisory experience managing a team of housekeeping staff.
- Training in green cleaning practices and eco-friendly products.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays, and be on-call during emergencies.
- Willing to be assigned in LIMA Estate, Malvar Batangas.
