We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Housing Associate to join our team!
- In this role, you will play a key part in managing and addressing tenant concerns related to the rental units.
- You will be responsible for responding to maintenance requests, coordinating repairs, and ensuring that the properties are well-maintained.
- Your role involves liaising with tenants to resolve any issues promptly, working closely with the maintenance teams to ensure a high standard of living for all tenants.
- Additionally, you'll document and track concerns, provide updates to tenants, and contribute to overall tenant satisfaction in our properties.

- This is a full-time position with ZUMA, and taking on side gigs is not permitted.
- Obtaining an NBI clearance is a necessary step for employment.
