Recruitment and Hiring
Responsible for handling the end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities/processes of manpower requirements of the Project Site working closely with CHQ Recruitment:
- Prepare and accomplish Personnel Requisition for the needed manpower due to replacement, additional, and new positions.
- Handle job postings using various recruitment platforms/social media (e.g., Facebook, PESO LGU), sourcing and screening candidates for the vacant/open position/s.
- Conduct initial interview
- Arrange schedule and endorse candidates for the final interview
- Conduct final job & salary offer for Rank-and-File applicants
- Assist successful candidates with the onboarding/deployment activities/processes like completion of pre-employment requirements, orientation for the new hire, and endorsement to requesting business unit/department.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Must be Human Resource Development Management or Psychology graduate.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Must be knowledgeable in HR Facets.
- Must be amenable to work at Lake Sebu, South Cotabato.
