Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Admin Intern/OJT to support our HR department in various administrative and operational tasks. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR functions, employee records management, and general office administration
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in updating and maintaining employee records and databases.
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing orientation materials.
- Help organize company events and employee engagement activities.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including filing and document preparation.
- Handling administrative tasks, document management, and coordination of internal communications.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
