Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Admin Intern/OJT to support our HR department in various administrative and operational tasks. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR functions, employee records management, and general office administration


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in updating and maintaining employee records and databases.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing orientation materials.
  • Help organize company events and employee engagement activities.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including filing and document preparation.
  • Handling administrative tasks, document management, and coordination of internal communications.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
