Maximum Solutions Corporation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our growing Human Resources department. This role will provide a broad range of administrative and operational support, contributing to a positive and efficient employee experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team
- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job descriptions, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee files and records
- Assist with onboarding new hires, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
