Are you a fresh graduate passionate about recruitment and talent acquisition? Join Kwanii as an HR Assistant and gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process. You'll support the HR team in finding, screening, and onboarding top talent while learning the foundations of recruitment strategy and employer branding.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in posting job ads on job boards, social media, and ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Help screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job qualifications.
- Schedule and coordinate initial interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct phone or video pre-screening interviews using provided interview guides.
- Prepare and send interview invites, candidate assessments, and follow-up emails.
- Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment reports in the ATS (JazzHR).
- Support new hire onboarding processes, including document collection and orientation prep.
- Attend recruitment-related trainings and team meetings.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives and job fair coordination.
- Perform other admin and recruitment-related tasks as assigned.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
Must-haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or any related field
- Fresh graduates or candidates with internship/OJT experience in HR or recruitment are welcome
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn recruitment tools and processes
Nice to haves:
- Basic knowledge of HR labor laws
- Experience in a BPO setting
