Job Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Management or equivalent.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Commendable skills in organizing and working on several tasks concurrently.
- With proper attention to details.
- Team player and result oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures updated monitoring of current expats and visa applications/ employment permits.
- Assist on the expats’ necessary interviews and personal appearances at the government agencies.
- Act as the company’s authorized representative in transacting with different government agencies
- Ensures professional and good working relationship with government officials.
- Timely processing of employment permits and necessary visa requirements.
- Maintains a complete database for all employees.
- Updating vacancies in databases, social media, and different platforms.
- Screening and assess applicants knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Conducting interviews and provide support with the selection process.
- Providing recruitment reports to the HR Department.
- Conducts orientation to newly-hired employees, introduces new employee to various department heads.
- Make 201 files of personnel, ensures proper filings and completeness of documents.
- Provides assistance to the HR department in functional areas.
- Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
