QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of AB/BS Psychology or Human Resource
- Flexible and willing to work longer hours
- Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
- People-oriented and with good interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented and can work well with minimum supervision
- Willing to travel
- Willing to work a longer shift if required
- Experience in the related field is an advantage
General Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Monitors Daily Time Record of every employee.
- Checks absences, late, under times and/or overtimes of employees.
- Prepares summary reports (e.g. driver’s report, regular‘s DTR) of employee’s late, absences, etc. concerning employees’ DTR.
- Secure all forms (leave forms, discrepancies, and request forms).
- Prints all DTR of Gaisano Mall employee
- Secure and collects 5 days training
