Expounder Corp is hiring an HR Business Partner to support our growing team in Bacolod City. This role is ideal for someone with a solid HR generalist background who is ready to take ownership of core HR functions while working closely with leadership.
- Hybrid setup (must be based in Bacolod City)
- Open to part-time or full-time arrangements
- Monthly compensation: PHP 20,000 – 30,000
Key Responsibilities:
You will be trusted to handle day-to-day and strategic HR functions, including:
- Managing government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
- Overseeing payroll and timekeeping processes
- Handling employee and workplace relations
- Designing and implementing training and development programs
- Support career development and succession planning
- Conduct fieldwork (with provided allowance)
- Coordinate with internal departments and partner government agencies
Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong track record as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner
- Deep expertise in Philippine labor laws, statutory benefits, compliance, and employee relations
- Experience in handling end-to-end payroll, government reporting, and coordination with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG
- Skilled in developing and implementing HR programs in training, employee engagement, and succession planning
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical and strategic thinker with the ability to propose improvements to HR processes and systems
- Highly organized, self-directed, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Must be willing to travel and conduct fieldwork when necessary
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
