1. Source potential candidates from various channels online (ex. Facebook, Indeed, sikap and referral)Performs administrative work on recruitment (sourcing) ie.
2. Submission of documentation/requirements to recruitment medium (PESO, Schools, Barangay etc.)
3. Administers exam to applicants
4. Conducts initial screening
5. Endorses applicants to HR Client
6. Follows up status of application and provides feedback to AOE Recuritment Head (from sourcing to deployment)
7. Collates all applicant requirements (NBI, Clearance, birth cert. etc.) and submits to AOE HR Head for final onboarding
8. Conducts residence check before hiring the applicant
9. Issues tools of trade (ID, Uniform, GCASH, Cleaning materials, merchandising materials) onsite)
10. Picks-up DTR from Client and submits to AOE HR
11. Distributes payslip on-siteConducts questioning to AOE employees with cases raised by Client
12. Issues NOTICE TO EXPLAIN (NTE) and NOTICE OF DISCIPLINARY ACTION (NDA) to AOE employees with incident reports
13. Handles AOE employee concerns (salary, loans, incentives, accident) and endorses to the right point of contact
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's / College Degree major in Human Resource Management or Psychology
- With Background in Recruitment and Employee Relation
- With Good Communication Skills
- Basic Computer Skill (MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- With License Pro 1 or 12
