An HR Generalist/Admin Assistant provides support to the HR department by handling administrative tasks, managing employee records, and assisting with recruitment, payroll, and benefits administration. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in HR software and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Answering phones, managing calendars, preparing documents, maintaining files, and coordinating meetings.
- Employee Data Management: Maintaining employee records, updating databases, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Recruitment Assistance: Posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and assisting with onboarding.
- Payroll and Benefits: Assisting with payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee inquiries.
- General HR Support: Responding to employee inquiries, assisting with policy updates, and supporting HR projects.
