We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our HR departments. This internship provides hands-on experience in core HR functions . A great opportunity for students or recent graduates interested in learning about the corporate environment and gaining practical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Assist in the recruitment process (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Assist in Time keeping
- Support onboarding processes
- Help organize team engagement activities and events
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing in Business, HR, or any related fields
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Job Types: Full-time, OJT (On the job training)
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bacoor: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
