Internship Overview:
Are you a BSBA student majoring in Human Resource Management? We're offering an exciting opportunity for an HR Intern to gain real-world experience in human resources within a fast-paced manpower outsourcing agency. This internship provides exposure to essential HR processes such as payroll support, timekeeping, documentation, and employee record management.
What You'll Be Doing:
Payroll and Timekeeping Support
- Assist in gathering and encoding daily time records and employee attendance
- Help validate timesheets and timekeeping logs for payroll purposes
- Support review of government-mandated deductions (SSS, PhilHealth, PAG-IBIG, etc.)
Employee File and Records Maintenance
- Update and manage 201 files and internal HR databases
- Ensure all employee records are accurate, secure, and confidential
- Track and monitor contract expirations, clearance statuses, and other documentation
Recruitment Assistance
- Help post job vacancies on various recruitment channels
- Assist in initial resume screening and scheduling of candidate interviews
- Organize and update applicant tracking data
General Administrative & Compliance Tasks
- Perform filing, document scanning, and organization of HR files
- Support audit preparation by helping with compliance document checks
- Coordinate with other departments for required HR-related documentation
Who We're Looking For:
- Currently enrolled in a BSBA or related program with a major in Human Resource Management
- Endorsed by your academic institution for On-the-Job Training (OJT)
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong desire to learn
- Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets (preferred but not required)
- Willing to complete a minimum of 600 internship hours
