HR INTERNSHIP
Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This internship will give you hands-on experience in Human Resources, from helping with recruitment to assisting in employee activities. It’s a great opportunity to learn how HR works in a real workplace.
What You’ll Do:
- Help with posting job ads and screening resumes.
- Assist in scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees.
- Update and organize employee files and HR records.
- Support company events and employee engagement activities.
- Do basic administrative tasks like filing, scanning, and preparing documents.
- Learn about HR policies, workplace practices, and labor standards.
- Work closely with the HR team on day-to-day tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
- A student taking up Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business, or a related course.
- Willing to learn and able to handle tasks with confidentiality.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Knows basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Positive attitude and a team player.
