What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement comprehensive employee engagement strategies and programs to enhance organizational culture and increase workforce satisfaction and productivity
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and address employee needs, concerns and areas for improvement
- Collect and analyze employee feedback data to measure engagement levels and identify opportunities for enhancement
- Lead the planning and execution of employee recognition events, team building activities and other initiatives that celebrate our people
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in employee engagement to ensure our initiatives remain innovative and effective
What we're looking for
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business , or a similar field.
- 5+ years of experience in human resources, with a strong focus on employee engagement and organizational development
- Strong communication, problem- solving, and relationship - building skills.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to collect, analyze and interpret employee feedback to drive impactful initiatives.
- Proven track record in executing impactful engagement initiatives.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and recommend improvements,
