The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and training. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills who can drive HR initiatives to support business objectives and maintain a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, food industry regulations, and company policies.
- Oversee employee relations, address workplace concerns, and foster a positive company culture.
- Lead performance management processes, including appraisals, goal-setting, and development plans.
- Design and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Develop and oversee compensation, benefits, and reward programs.
- Maintain HR metrics and provide reports on workforce trends.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive organizational development and change management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in food manufacturing or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, workplace safety, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
