HR related tasks:
· Basic sorting of files and do some paperworks
· Recruitment support and benefits administration

Health and Safety Assessments:
· Identify and assess workplace hazards and risks.
· Evaluate compliance with OSHA regulations and other relevant laws.
Injury and Illness Prevention:
· Develop and implement health and safety programs (e.g., wellness initiatives, vaccinations).
· Provide health education and training on workplace safety and healthy practices.
· Promote a culture of safety within the workplace.
· Providing advice and support on various aspects of occupational health.
Case Management:
· Manage cases of workplace injuries and illnesses, including coordinating care and tracking progress.
· Provide support for employees with disabilities or other health issues.
· Conducting health surveillance and monitoring. Maintain Records and Files.
Emergency Care and First Aid:
· Provide immediate care for workplace injuries and illnesses.
· Coordinate further medical treatment when necessary.
Health Promotion and Wellness:
· Promote employee well-being through various programs and activities.
· Address issues related to mental health and stress.
Collaboration and Communication:
· Work with management, employees, and other healthcare professionals.
· Maintain clear communication and documentation related to health and safety matters.
Legal and Regulatory Compliance:
· Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to occupational health and safety. Maintain Records.
Other tasks
Provide support for other tasks as assigned by Management
