Manage core HR functions—recruitment, employee relations, policy administration, and compliance—ensuring smooth operations and alignment with labor standards. Handle internal HR needs and provide timely, quality HR support to external clients in coordination with the HR team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–2 years’ HR generalist/officer experience with leadership background
- Experience handling external clients or business partners is a strong advantage
- Knowledge of end-to-end HR processes & Philippine labor laws (DOLE, SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth)
- Skilled in employee relations, investigations, and administrative hearings
- Proficient in HRIS, documentation, and reporting; client-focused mindset
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- High emotional intelligence, integrity, and confidentiality
- Tech-savvy; AI tools experience is a plus
- Based in Cagayan de Oro City; open to hybrid set-up
