JOB SCOPE:
- To supervise the administration, implementation and rollout of the benefits programs of the Company (Uniform issuance, HMO, Insurance, etc.)
- To evaluate and negotiate the best benefit proposals for the Company and employees.
- To ensure employees are informed of their benefits are able to optimize applicable benefits.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any four (4) year collegiate course, preferably of Psychology, Human Resource Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management or any related course.
- At least 3 years of experience handling benefits section in similar industry
- MS Office proficient.
- HRIS familiarity an advantage.
