Job Description:
- Work with Departments for their open/vacant positions
- Efficiently and effectively fill open positions
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
- Post vacant positions and post openings thru online channels (Facebook), Job ads and in other appropriate venues
- Screening of resume to determine which candidates meet the minimum requirements
- Educational background, work experience, skills, etc.
- Conduct interview of applicants prior to endorsement to the requesting department for further assessment
- Verify references and do background checking
- Arrange interviews by coordinating schedule of interviewer
- Inform approved candidate of the start of training date and provide list of pre-employment requirements (to be submitted before start of training)
- Coordinate with Training for the schedule of company orientation
Qualifications:
- Graduate of AB or BS Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration or any related course
- With experience in Recruitment facet is an advantage but not required
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Suite (PPT, Excel & Word)
- Proficient in Multitasking
- Detailed oriented
