BASIC FUNCTION
· Responsible in selection and hiring of qualified applicants and ensuring qualified applicants are hired recruiting, screening and administering pre-employment testing.
· Facilitating the selection of qualified applicants and maintaining and updating the records/files
· Administering an efficient and effective employee recruitment and selection program to support the manpower requirement of the entire organization.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assists in sourcing, selection, recruitment and placement of qualified applicants for vacant position.
2. Entertains walk-in applicants; receives, sorts, classifies and evaluates application letters/ resume to determine qualified applicants and call these applicants for pre-screening.
3. Schedules qualified applicants for psychological testing; administers test and interprets test result.
4. Administers the company pre-employment examination of prospective applicants, ensures completeness of all requirements.
5. Conducts preliminary interview of applicants.
6. Schedules in-depth and technical interviews for applicants who successfully passed the psychological test;
7. Advises applicants for the result of all phases of screening conducted.
8. Ascertains that all pre-employment requirements are accomplished and complied.
- Prepares employment contract (mother and renewal) and ensure the contents are well explained and understood before signing.
- Ensure updates of manpower list and headcount weekly and reconciles manpower headcount of all departments on a monthly basis.
- Maintains database of hired employees with important details for easy reference and accessibility.
- Processes and issues employees’ ID and application for ATM account.
- Prepares and ensure completeness of 201 File
REQUIREMENTS:
· Graduate of B.S Psychology, Behavior Science or any relevant discipline.
· With at least six (6) months experience in various HR functions.
· Above-average written and oral communication skills.
· Results-oriented, analytical, excellent interpersonal skills, details-oriented, can function well under pressure and can handle multiple tasks.
· Computer Literate
