Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Screen applicants, conduct initial interviews, coordinate with training departments, schedule assessments and orientations
- Employee Relations & Admin: Assist employees with government requirements (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF), manage bank account documentation, prepare contracts and renewals, handle work permits or AEP tasks
- Records & Reporting: Maintain HR trackers, files, both physical and digital; assist in compiling daily, weekly, monthly HR reports.
- Payroll Support: Help with payroll processing and related administrative tasks (e.g., verifying hours, attendance)
- General HR Tasks: Support documentation, improve HR processes, maintain confidentiality, and perform ad hoc tasks assigned by HR Head.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field .
- Preferably 1+ years of experience in HR or generalist roles
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and ideally some experience with social media or HRIS tools.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
