Job Summary: Responsible in processing recruitment, compensation and benefits, maintaining 201 files, composing announcement and memos, responding to employees inquiries and responsible in preparing clearance and quitclaims of separating employees.
Duties and Responsibilities :
1. Paperwork: Process paperwork for new hires, transfers, salary changes and more.
2. Reports: Prepare reports on attendance, new hire, turnover, employee performance and benefits.
3. Payroll: Process payroll. Gather withholding information, and track employee attendance and PTO (Paid time off)
4. Benefits : Administer employee benefit programs, explain benefits, and obtain signature for documents.
5. Recruiting: Screen resumes, conduct interviews and follow up with candidates.
6. Benefits Administration: Managing employee remittances.
7. Onboarding: provide orientation for new employees and schedule on boarding assignments and training sessions.
8. Employee relations : Address employee queries, handle unemployment claims, and assist with termination processes.
9. Job Ads—Post job ads, check for accuracy, and monitor responses.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft (MS Word, Excel, PPT).
- Effective communicator in both written and spoken formats.
- Reliable in preserving confidentiality in every facet of Human Resources work.
- Should be knowledgeable in managing employee grievances and resolving conflicts.
- Comprehensive understanding of Labor Laws.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role
- Able to work effectively under pressure and maintain well-organized documentation.
