WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE?
- Assists in the handling of administrative cases and coordinates with the HR Labor Relations Officer.
- Performance Management
- Collates and prepares all the documents needed for labor cases.
- Provide assistance in managing employee complaints and provides actionable items or recommendations
- Photo and video editing
WHAT WILL YOU BRING TO THE TABLE?
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Problem solving and decision-making aptitude.
- Able to do multitasking
- Knowledgeable with photo and video editing application.
MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Human Resource, and Psychology.
- At least one (1) year working experience
Head Office is located at Cleanfuel Marcos Highway, Brgy. Dela Paz, Pasig City (near Robinsons Metro East and across Mitsubishi motors).
