Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably major in Psychology)
- Advanced knowledge and skills equivalent to 9-10 years of experience with specific technical expertise.
General Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage a group including non-routinary tasks.
- Responsible for all the group's actions.
- Has minor decision-making powers relating to the group
- Responsible for Monthly and Daily Plan
- Responsible for the training, evaluation of subordinates and recruitment of group members
- Undertakes additional responsibilities or special projects as required
Will be assigned either in Manpower Management, Training & Development or Employee Relations
