Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Coordinate the recruitment process from job postings to candidate interviews and selection.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and workplace issues.
- Resolve conflicts and concerns in a professional and confidential manner.
- Performance Management:
- Support performance appraisal processes, including setting goals and providing feedback.
- Assist managers in creating performance improvement plans as needed.
- Compensation & Benefits:
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Training & Development:
- Assist in identifying employee training needs and organizing relevant programs.
- Promote career development opportunities and assist employees in skill enhancement.
- Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Stay up-to-date with legal changes and ensure HR practices are compliant with labor regulations.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR system.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, etc.).
