- Oversees the daily operations of company's Humarn resources department
- Manage tasks related to recruitment,employee relations, payroll and mandatories, compliance and policy implementation
- Assist with performance management and reviews
- Directly reporting to HR Head
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Will be the main contact person on site with all HR concerns
- Willing to work full time and on-site (NUSTAR)
- Can start as soon as possible
