The HR Manager will lead and manage all human resources functions of RAC Phil Corp., ensuring compliance with labor laws and PAGCOR regulations. The role is strategic and operational, focusing on talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training, and HR policy development tailored to the needs of a tech-enabled, compliance-sensitive environment.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
Oversee end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles. Lead onboarding programs to ensure cultural and regulatory alignment.
2. Compliance & Labor Relations:
Ensure HR practices comply with DOLE regulations and PAGCOR requirements. Manage government-mandated reports and employee documentation.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement:
Foster a positive and legally compliant work environment. Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
4. Policy Development:
Develop, implement, and regularly update HR policies and procedures aligned with corporate goals and gaming industry standards.
5. Performance Management:
Lead the performance appraisal system and coach managers in performance-related issues. Implement KPIs aligned with business targets.
6. Training & Development:
Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs to support staff development and compliance (e.g., AML/CFT, Data Privacy).
7. Compensation & Benefits:
Administer payroll, benefits, and incentive programs in collaboration with Finance. Ensure market competitiveness and legal compliance.
8. Data Management:
Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports using digital systems. Ensure data privacy and secure handling of personal information.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
* Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
* Experience in the gaming, BPO, or tech industry is an advantage.
* Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and PAGCOR regulations.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and basic analytics.
* With high ethical standards, confidentiality, and discretion.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
* Strong work ethic and results-oriented mindset.
* Willing to report to either of the company’s designated offices in Mandaluyong and Makati, depending on operational needs.
